Pausitive Meditation is gentle guided meditation for anyone wishing to experience a life of peace, joy and purpose.
How can Pausitive Meditation benefit you?
We live in a world where we are continually bombarded with stimuli, unrealistic expectations, and demands on our time, all of which make it difficult to relax and find peace. As a result, many people feel exhausted, anxious or stuck.
These unique meditations are especially suited to anyone with a busy, stressful life, with little time for self-care. The meditations work on a deep level to help you breathe more fully, to shift stagnant energy and help you discover your beautiful, radiant self.
Your guide has been practicing meditation and teaching Tai Chi for over 20 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to help balance your energy and find peace.
About the sessions
Meditations are Wednesdays, 8-9pm: a midweek pause for self nurture. The later time allows space to relax and rejuvenate before bed, so you can enjoy a blissful sleep.
Your booking confirmation will contain a link to join the session on Zoom (you do not need a Zoom account). Your camera can be turned off, and I encourage you to join me in your pjs.
You can listen via your phone, laptop or tablet and be lulled into a peaceful state before bed.
I will guide you through a full body relaxation as well as share breathwork and other techniques to help manage life's stresses and challenges. Each session has a specific meditation focus; eg letting go of anxiety or stress, sleeping peacefully, inviting positive change into your life, shifting blocks to your self development, and more. You are also welcome to request topics for future sessions.

My name is Angela Fallon, and I will gently guide you through your meditation journey. I have a soft Scottish accent, which I have been told is relaxing to listen to.
With over 20 years of experience in Meditation and Tai Chi teaching, I use my skills to help people find balance, purpose and healing, and to guide participants on a journey of self-discovery. The meditations have grown from working on myself through my life experiences, and working with many clients through their experiences. The meditations have been well received in classes and on the meditation days which I have taught. It is wonderful to see the profound effect the meditations can have in a short time. I hope you will join me.
